- Do You Charge Sales Tax
Hand In Pocket charges sales tax for purchases made in Georgia only. A sales tax of 6% will be applied to your purchase.
- Where do I find my tracking number
You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
- How Long Does It Take To Process My Return
Our time for processing returns is 1 to 3 business days once we receive your return. An email notification will be sent to you once your return is processed
- How Long Does It Take To Ship My Order
Orders that are placed Monday thru Friday before 3 pm EST will be processed and shipped on that date. Orders placed after 3 pm EST or on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day. UPS is our preferred carrier; some orders may be shipped via USPS depending on delivery address however. Please see your tracking number for estimated delivery date. Note: Credit card authorization and address authorization must be received prior to shipping any order.
- How Do I Purchase a Gift Card
Gift certificates are purchased just like any other item in our store, except that they automatically come with free shipping! We send all gift certificates electronically as an adorable image file with your personalized message. Please be aware that we do not mail hard copies of gift certificates
- How Do I Redeem a Gift Card
Gift certificates can be redeemed by entering the code in the "Gift Card" box at checkout. The amount of the gift certificate will automatically be applied to your purchase.
Any unused balance will be visible on your 'My Account' Page, and will be applied to your next order.
Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Returns on items purchased with a gift card will be applied to a gift card.
- Can I Make Changes To My Order Once It Has Been Placed
Please contact customer service immediately at 678-309-9550 to modify/cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, if your order been processed/shipped you will need to follow our returns and exchange policy.
